Corporate tech events. Multimillion-pound retail campaigns. Large-scale experiential launches... events that required road closures and drew tens of thousands of people. German Christmas markets. I know what makes a business commercially visible. And I know exactly what gets in the way.
I don’t do vague. I don’t do ‘find your why’. I do commercial strategy around language, positioning and marketing, the kind that moves things forward and produces a decisive output at the end of it.
I’m also the author of Become the Obvious Choice and creator of the Three-Lens Positioning System, a framework built around the only three lenses that actually matter when establishing where your business sits commercially: yours, your audience’s, and your market’s.
I recently launched The Steer, my strategic membership in April 2026 with no email list and no paid ads, and sold out the launch in the first round.
